1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) govern the terms of use of the My Star Book service (hereinafter: Service).

By using the Service, the User accepts the provisions of these Terms.
2. Service Description
My Star Book is a personalized, printed book created based on birth data provided by the customer. The book content is individually generated, each copy represents different content.
The service includes:
– Generation of personalized content
– Professional printing and binding
– Home delivery via GLS courier service
Book creation time: 7-10 business days
Delivery time: additional 2-3 business days
3. Ordering
Steps required to place an order:
1. Fill out the configurator (provide birth data)
2. Add to cart
3. Provide billing information
4. Select payment method
5. Accept Terms and Privacy Policy
6. Complete order
After completing the order, the User will receive a confirmation email.
4. Prices and Payment
Current prices can be found on the website. Prices are in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and include VAT.
Accepted payment methods:
– Credit Card (Stripe payment system)
– Apple Pay – Google Pay
– Cash on Delivery
For Cash on Delivery, payment is made in cash upon delivery.
5. Delivery
Delivery is via GLS courier service within Hungary.
Shipping cost: 1,500 HUF
Delivery time: 2-3 business days (after book completion)
The User must provide an accurate delivery address. Additional costs arising from an incorrect address are borne by the User.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The User – as a consumer – has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
IMPORTANT: My Star Book is a personalized product made exclusively for the customer. According to consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to products specifically customized for the consumer.
In case of withdrawal (if book creation has not yet begun): full refund within 14 days.
7. Warranty
The Service Provider provides warranty according to Civil Code provisions.
In case of defective performance, the User may choose:
– Request replacement (creation of new book)
– Request price reduction
– Withdraw from contract in case of significant defect

8. Data Protection
Detailed information on personal data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy.
Birth data provided is used exclusively to create the book content. We do not share data with third parties and do not use it for marketing purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
The My Star Book service, website content, design elements, and generated book content are protected by copyright.
The purchased book is the User’s property, but its content may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.
10. Miscellaneous
In case of legal disputes, the parties primarily strive for amicable settlement.
Competent court: the court of the Service Provider’s seat.
In case of consumer disputes, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Dispute Resolution Body.
These Terms are effective from January 1, 2026.
